Hi! I’m Michelle AKA Sage — a Filipina/Guamanian woman, wife, mom of two wonderful kids, and proud dog mom to Shadow, my German Shepherd mix who has my whole heart.

I work full-time as an administrative professional in commercial real estate — a role I’ve grown in over the years and genuinely enjoy. It’s given me structure, stability, and a strong foundation. But alongside that, I felt a deeper calling — a pull toward something more personal, more heart-centered.

That calling led me to become a certified life coach. I’ve always believed that life is too short not to live in alignment with who you truly are. We all have an inner compass — our own “north star” — and sometimes we just need support tuning into it. That’s where my work as a coach begins.

Spiritually, I walk a Pagan path — and that’s where my other name, Sage, comes from. It’s a name that represents my journey, my values, and the energy I strive to embody: grounded, wise, and open to growth. Over the years, I’ve also explored and embraced teachings from Buddhism, yogic philosophy, and the writings of Eckhart Tolle — especially The Power of Now. His work has helped deepen my understanding of presence, acceptance, and the importance of coming home to the present moment.

When I’m not coaching or working, you’ll probably find me watching K-Dramas, singing karaoke or cuddling with Shadow. Other things I love doing are just spending time at home with the family, going to brunch with friends, or attending events at The Green Man in Burbank — a Pagan store and spiritual community.

I created North Star Wellness Coaching to help others reconnect with their truth, rediscover their sense of purpose, and make choices that genuinely resonate with their hearts.
