Coaching is offered on a weekly basis, with one 1-hour session per week. The duration of your coaching journey depends on your personal goals and needs.

No, all coaching sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom. However, phone sessions are available if Zoom is not an option for you.

You can schedule a free Zoom call or book a session directly through my website or by contacting me.

My rate is $125 per session.

Coaching requires commitment, so refunds are not typically offered. However, if you have concerns, please reach out to discuss your situation.
